Our Team

Luis has provided legacy building, education and services to a vast array of individuals and businesses since 1996. His focus is to assist families with risk management, asset strategy, retirement/education planning and wealth transfers. He implements simple, result driven strategies by exploring and analyzing each Client's unique situation. 

Luis earned his Associate of Science degree in Business from Yuba College and his Bachelor of Science in Finance at California State University, Sacramento. He holds his Series 7,24 and 63 registrations through LPL Financial. He earned the Chartered Financial Consultant^® (ChFC^®) designation from The American College in 2014. 

Luis and his wife Marcela have been happily married for 18 years and together have 3 amazing children Julissa, Marissa and Clarissa. He enjoys spending his spare time exercising, volunteering and hiking.
